At Old Glory Bullion, customer satisfaction is important to us. We proudly stand behind the quality of every collectible coin we offer.

Returns Old Glory Bullion accepts qualifying returns within 30 days after delivery. Returned items must:

• Be unused and in original condition.
• Remain in their original packaging.
• Include all certificates or documentation, when applicable.
• Include proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Opened or unsealed collectible coins.
• Items showing signs of damage or modification.
• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Final sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries If you receive an incorrect or damaged item from Old Glory Bullion, notify us within 7 days. Please provide:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos of the product.
• Photos of the shipping box if damaged.

Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds Refunds approved by Old Glory Bullion will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Return Shipping Costs If the return is due to an error by Old Glory Bullion, return shipping is covered by us. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Order Cancellation Orders may only be canceled before shipment. After shipping, cancellations are no longer available.
